How the Policy Works
If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same room type, booking conditions, and dates on any OTA, we invite you to notify us by email at reservations@albaharresort.com.
Please include the following in your message:
A screenshot of the lower rate
A direct booking link from the OTA showing the rate details
Once verified, we will not only match the lower rate, but we will also offer you an additional 5% discount to honor our commitment and ensure your satisfaction.
Policy Conditions
The Best Rate Guaranteed applies only to publicly available rates on third-party OTAs for the same room category, occupancy, dates, and booking terms.
The lower rate must be found at the time of booking through our official website.
